Owner Steven Sahler built B3 around a simple mission: a place where anyone — any age, any background — could pull up a chair and feel at home.
Nothing Comes From a Bag
Every burger is hand-pattied fresh, every side made from scratch that morning. Guests drive in from all over for it — and that kind of loyalty is hard to fake.
The Music Makes It
The food is the draw, but the atmosphere is why you stay — music filling the room, cold drinks in hand, and a crew that treats every table like it matters. It's part neighborhood restaurant, part juke joint, and fully Mississippi.
Three Locations, One Family
What started as one location has grown into three — Brandon, Madison, and Flowood — each one rooted in the same made-from-scratch kitchen and come-as-you-are spirit. Same bold flavors, same warm welcome, no matter which door you walk through.
